Overview:
  • Opportunity to support a mission-driven healthcare services organization
  • Strategic role focused on business analysis, enterprise data strategy, and data visualization initiatives
  • Partner with leadership and multiple business units to drive operational and clinical improvements
  • Work with enterprise systems, healthcare data, and modern reporting platforms in a collaborative environment

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools
  • Partner with operations, finance, clinical, billing, and support teams to improve organizational performance
  • Analyze data from multiple enterprise systems to identify trends, correlations, and improvement opportunities
  • Work with relational and non-relational data sources including SQL, Snowflake, and SharePoint
