Job description

The Sr. Analyst, Operations Analytics & AI Innovation supports the Americas Operations organization through reporting, data analysis, AI-enablement, and actionable business insights. This role partners with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs, identify practical opportunities for AI, and to help turn ideas into tools, workflows, and analyses that improve operational performance.

The Sr. Analyst will leverage tools including SQL, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Excel, and emerging AI/automation tools to translate business questions into accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting, insights, and AI-enabled solutions that support operational performance and leadership decision-making.

Your day to day
  • Reporting & Operational Support
  • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting and analytical requests across the Americas Operations organization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, understand business needs, define expected outputs, and deliver timely reporting and AI support.
  • Analyze operational trends, user behavior, and business performance data to provide actionable insights to leaders.
  • Translate data into clear findings and effectively communicate updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
  • AI Innovation & Workflow Enablement
  • Help identify, create, and manage a growing portfolio of AI projects.
  • Support the day-to-day execution of AI Innovation work across the Americas Operations organization, helping operationalize projects from concept to practical application.
  • Support intake and prioritization of new ideas and requests from across the organization, helping focus efforts on the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Partner with the analytics manager and business stakeholders to understand how AI can support day-to-day reporting, analysis, dashboarding, and decision support.
  • Reporting Maintenance & Data Quality
  • Maintain existing operational reports, dashboards, queries, and recurring data outputs to ensure continued accuracy, reliability, and usability.
  • Monitor reporting outputs and identify potential data quality, functionality, automation, or performance issues.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues, query errors, and data discrepancies, partnering with stakeholders and technical teams as needed to determine root causes and support resolution.
  • Perform routine data validation and quality checks to ensure reporting outputs are complete and accurate.
  • Enhance executive dashboards through automation, streamlined data preparation, and AI-driven insights where appropriate.
  • Reporting, Analytics & AI-Enabled Development
  • Develop new reports, dashboards, queries, and analytical outputs with guidance based on defined business requirements.
  • Use SQL, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Excel, and relevant AI/automation tools to support reporting, data preparation, visualization, and operational analysis.
  • Translate business questions into clear, actionable reporting and analytical deliverables.
  • Analyze emerging trends in technology, products, markets, and competitors to inform roadmap recommendations and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows to improve usability and business impact.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to simplify reporting processes, automate recurring outputs, redesign workflows, and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Support enhancements to existing reports, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools based on evolving stakeholders and business needs.
  • Contribute to reporting documentation, process consistency, and the adoption of analytics and AI resources across the organization.
  • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly across teams to help align stakeholders and support execution.

  • Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to review, maintain, and modify existing queries.
  • Ability to learn new reporting tools, data sources, AI tools, and business processes.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, or data visualizations.
  • Experience working with operational or business performance data.
  • Experience with Python or other analytical programming languages is preferred but not required.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for reporting automation, workflow redesign, or process improvement.
  • Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital innovation projects.
  • Experience translating ambiguous business needs into structured analytics, reporting, or AI-enabled solutions.
