Job description

Overview
  • Perform dealer function for Blackjack and/or Poker in accordance with established policies and procedures, the State of Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws or regulations.
  • Provides exceptional guest service.

Full and Part time positions available.
Responsibilities
  • Performs dealers' function for Blackjack and/or Poker in accordance with house established policies and procedures, the State of Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Provides prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at an assigned table.
  • Exchanges guest currency for gaming tokens and deposits in table drop box.
  • Provides personal attention and assistance to guest. Verifies guest winnings and explains gaming rules and regulations, as necessary. Acts to keep guest satisfied and motivated to return.
  • Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, including special attention to underage gaming as well as recommendations to Floor Supervisors in reference to alcohol consumption by patrons.
  • Always maintains a general awareness of table operations.
  • Maintains knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures as provided by Table Games Management.
  • Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed, and directed.

Qualifications
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty cheerfully, satisfactorily and in a timely manner. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Must have a Colorado Support Gaming License
  • Must have prior Table Games Dealer Experience
