Job description

Role Summary

The T. Rowe Price internship program includes a formal orientation, peer and senior mentor assignments, and formal learning opportunities. In addition to the work assignments within the assigned department, interns also gain exposure to associates and senior leaders across the firm through an executive speaker series, networking and social events, and engagement with our Business Resource Groups.

T. Rowe Price labs is modernizing how we serve investors by building the firm's next-generation data and AI platform.

T. Rowe Price Labs is seeking interns in two areas:

  • Software engineering
  • Data science

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary based on assigned department and team.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Full-time student with an expected graduation date of May/June 2027 - May/June 2029
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0 overall

Preferred:

  • Actively seeks feedback and mentorship in order to improve technical skills and communication
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development
  • Enthusiasm for learning & results oriented
