As a Lead Radiologic Technologist at HCA Healthcare, youโ€™ll play an imperative role in guiding a team that delivers safe, accurate, and patient-centered imaging every day. Youโ€™ll mentor technologists, optimize workflows, and ensure the team has the tools and support to perform with confidence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the imaging team and mentoring technologists to deliver safe, high-quality patient care 
  • Guiding patients through imaging procedures with compassion, comfort, and confidence 
  • Operating advanced radiography equipment and administering contrast media while ensuring radiation safety 
  • Maintaining and calibrating instruments, supplies, and equipment for accurate and efficient imaging 
  • Collaborating with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to support smooth workflows and excellent patient outcomes 
What qualifications you will need:

 * Graduate of an accredited or registered School of Radiology is required.

 * Current registration with A.R.R.T. (R) is required.

 * Current certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT)/TMB license is required.

 * American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification is required.
