In this role, you will focus on Ericsson's Business Area Cloud Software & Services (BCSS) portfolio and related Core and Cloud solutions, engaging with T-Mobile and the CU in a great learning environment where we work on the front lines of technology strategy, development, and adoption.
You Will
  • Work closely with the CU Core 3, Market Area teams, and directly engage with BCSS Product and Portfolio organizations on T-Mobile requirements, solutions, and development across current technologies and towards 6G.
  • Formulate strategies for network and service transformations with emphasis on automation, AI and agentic principles, and end-to-end architectures that enable new services and business models; align those strategies with T-Mobile's service ambitions.
  • Lead solutioning and architecture across BCSS domains, including Packet Core, Cloud-native applications, charging and billing, OSS/BSS, orchestration, and service exposure.
  • Drive AI- and automation-focused initiatives within BCSS, including Physical AI, inferencing/compute, knowledge planes/bases, and closed-loop automation to improve network and service performance.
  • Evaluate requirements for new consumer and enterprise services and ensure performance is addressed from an end-to-end perspective across BCSS and adjacent domains.
  • Act as a senior technical and commercial advisor to the CTO and Account teams, supporting customer dialogues and anchoring BCSS-related strategies, roadmaps, and solution decisions.
  • Partner with sales and commercial teams to explore customer needs, engage T-Mobile stakeholders, and translate opportunities into detailed BCSS-driven technical offerings and competitive proposals.
  • Influence Ericsson's BCSS portfolio strategy by channeling customer feedback and forward-looking requirements into product development and standardization activities.

To Be Successful In The Role, You Must Have
    • A demonstrated ability to effectively leverage the wider global Ericsson organization, including Business Areas, Global Functional Teams and Market Area domain teams, in support of complex BCSS and Core/Cloud customer engagements.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, solutions, and/or product management within the telecoms/ICT industry, with a strong focus on BCSS-related domains (Core, Cloud, OSS/BSS, Charging/Billing, Orchestration).
    • Proven experience working with Product Areas and standardization teams/initiatives, particularly in areas relevant to BCSS, Core and Cloud.
    • Solid background in technology architecture and solution management, including establishing and maintaining senior-level relationships with CSP customers.
    • A strong internal network within Ericsson's solutions and services community, especially within BCSS and Core/Cloud domains.
    • End-to-end understanding of Ericsson's BCSS portfolio, with cross-domain experience preferred and knowledge across both services and products.
    • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to shape requirements, build advisory relationships, and influence customer decision-making.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive and senior levels, both internally and with T-Mobile.
    • Ability to thrive in a front-runner customer environment where new concepts and solutions are often developed and deployed for the first time.
