Job Overview
This role leads a marketing team for T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) and is responsible for driving integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels. We are looking for someone to own our regional marketing efforts to improve brand awareness, client engagement and revenue growth across the U.S. market. Your work will span integrated campaigns, educational content, sales enablement and strategic execution of industry events.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to localise global initiatives, develop market-specific materials and ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels. Your contributions will be essential to deepening relationships with existing clients, attracting new prospects and elevating T-Ads presence in the regional market!
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead all domestic integrated marketing strategies and responsible for delivering on marketing initiatives.
  • Define and implement marketing campaigns to support business and marketing objectives across various channels including email, website, paid advertising and social media.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership and sales to develop positioning that matches market conditions and client priorities in a timely, on-budget execution.
  • Build and maintain all collateral and content for US-specific marketing initiatives, including pitch decks, vertical support, education materials, case studies, blog posts and more
  • Work with analytics and marketing operations to track and measure performance against strategic objectives.

Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
    OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 7-10 years Marketing experience in authoring and executing national integrated marketing plans with recognized B2B brands (Required)
  • 2-4 years Delivering omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in execution. (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience leading end to end campaigns in B2B marketing and lead generation, especially in media, advertising or a similar marketplace (Required)
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing including web/ecommerce, media, social, paid search, attribution, optimization, etc. (Required)
  • Robust experience producing an array of marketing materials, including content, copy, sales enablement collateral and creative assets (Required)
  • Experience in data driven marketing techniques and traditional database marketing is critical. (Required)
  • Exceptional experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc. (Required)
  • Impressive verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of a company (Required)

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
