Triad Associates Inc., a division of Concordia Group, is a privately held full-service engineering and telecom infrastructure construction firm experiencing rapid growth across the country. We are one of the very few engineering firms in the country that designs and builds its own creations in the wireless sector. We support Fortune 500 clients such as T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Dish Network, and AT&T.
We are looking to hire a Construction Field Manager who is not afraid to get their hands dirty in the field - This would be a travel role, working alongside Project Managers and Project Director.
** Truck is provided along with per diems and travel benefits. This role is a great career path to the next level!
Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually

THIS IS A 90% TRAVEL ROLE (IL, MI, WI, IN, IA)

Responsibilities:
  • Involved in daily activities in the field with no hesitation doing partial labor work
  • Assist with site walks & field walks
  • Travel around the Midwest to support multiple constructions crews/sites
  • Support and help Foreman's, Technicians, and/or Subcontractors
  • Communicating with clients on current and pending status of jobs.
  • Request Quotes and order materials from various vendors for materials and services
  • Attend Conference Calls and participate in Project meetings
  • Create daily and weekly schedules to support the management team
  • Coordinating the final inspections of jobs as required.
  • Requesting COIs and surety bonds for permits and business licenses
  • Arranging for construction testing and engineering services if necessary.
  • Climb ladders over 30 feet on rooftops, water tanks, and buildings using a safety harness
  • Ensure job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
  • Monitor and assist with field productivity, cost control, and scheduling
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Must have experience managing and/or supporting tower construction crews and/or subcontractors
  • A WORKING Field Manager who is willing to work alongside their crews and get their hands dirty is required
  • Experienced Foremen are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to travel 90% of the time for projects (Midwest region including IL, MI, WI, IN, IA)
  • Able to climb ladders and assist with the use of construction equipment
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. of equipment/materials
  • Able to work some weekends during deadline
