Job description

TES Staffing is partnering with a well-established Rochester, NY manufacturer that has been a trusted part of the community for more than 100 years. We are in search of an experienced ERP Business Systems Analyst. This role serves the day-to-day support, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company's ERP system to drive operational excellence.

Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) is preferred, but candidates with experience supporting other manufacturing ERP systems are encouraged to apply.

Employment Type: Direct Hire with client
Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p. Flexible if needed!
Salary: Starting at $110K yearly. More based on experience. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary ERP subject matter expert, providing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP modules, integrations, workflows, security, and related applications.
  • Partner with manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, finance, and leadership to translate business needs into ERP solutions.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Support ERP upgrades, testing, system maintenance, and integrations.
  • Develop SQL- and SSRS-based reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
  • Create user documentation, deliver training, and provide ongoing end-user support.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical and functional teams.
  • Ensure ERP processes align with manufacturing best practices, including MRP, BOMs, routings, inventory, purchasing, and production scheduling.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Manufacturing Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of ERP administration or business systems experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with manufacturing ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes.
  • Experience with ERP configuration, integrations, customizations, and process improvements.
  • Proficiency with SQL, SSRS, reporting, and database management.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for system maintenance.
  • Experience with Infor CSI/SyteLine Version 9 or 10. Experience with other manufacturing ERPs such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Plex, DELMIAWorks (IQMS), Microsoft Dynamics, or similar will also be considered.
