A Syteline Developer is responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining the Infor Syteline ERP system to meet business needs. They develop scripts, reports, and integrations to optimize workflows and enhance system functionality. This role requires expertise in SQL, .NET, and Infor's development tools. Syteline Developers work closely with business analysts and end-users to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
To thrive as a Syteline Developer, you need strong proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Infor Syteline, as well as experience with SQL, .NET development, and business process analysis. Familiarity with customization tools such as Mongoose, knowledge of integrations, and relevant certifications like Infor Certified Developer are highly valued. Problem-solving, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments are key soft skills for success in this role. These abilities ensure that developers can efficiently tailor the system to meet business needs and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Quality Engineer III is responsible for driving quality excellence across manufacturing operations by leading quality assurance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives that support customer satisfaction, operational performance, and business objectives. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customers, and Suppliers to ensure product quality, process effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and achievement of key performance metrics. Quality Engineer III serves as a technical leader and change agent, leveraging data-driven decision-making, quality engineering principles, and structured problem-solving methodologies to identify risks, implement sustainable solutions, and improve overall business performance. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented professional capable of leading cross-functional projects, driving accountability, and delivering measurable quality improvements with minimal supervision while promoting EnerSys Core Values of Safety, Engagement, Continuous Improvement, Customer Experience, Teamwork, Ethics, and Accountability.
