Job description

Calling all supply chain grads: LaSalle Network is hiring for a Supply Chain Coordinator who is ready to turn internship experience, coursework, and curiosity into real-world logistics experience. This role is a strong launchpad for a recent graduate who wants hands-on exposure to order entry, transportation coordination, carrier communication and multi-plant supply chain operations. If you're organized, detail-obsessed and ready to learn fast, this Supply Chain Coordinator opportunity is built for you.
What's the job?
  • Enter orders across multiple manufacturing plants with accuracy and urgency
  • Support shipment execution and day-to-day logistics coordination
  • Communicate with carriers to keep transportation activity moving
  • Process carrier invoices and verify details for accuracy
  • Update order, shipment and transportation data in ERP, TMS and Microsoft Office tools
  • Assist with supply chain projects, reporting and operational follow-up
  • Learn how a larger supply chain organization runs from the inside

What's needed?
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business or a related field preferred
  • Supply chain, logistics, transportation or manufacturing internship experience
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
  • ERP or TMS exposure preferred, including SAP, E2open, Oracle, Infor or similar systems
  • Ability to work Eastern and/or Central Time business hours
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, "teach me the why" mindset
