Senior ERP Systems Analyst – Infor CSI (SyteLine)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior ERP Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) in a multi-tenant cloud environment to support and enhance enterprise business operations across Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Execution.

This role will partner closely with business users and IT teams to troubleshoot ERP transaction and process issues, recommend system and process improvements, document business requirements, and support ERP enhancements and integrations. The ideal candidate combines strong functional business knowledge with technical understanding of the Infor CSI platform, Factory Track, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary functional expert for Infor CSI/SyteLine and Factory Track across multiple business areas.

Research and resolve ERP transaction, process, and data issues.

Work with business users to identify requirements and recommend process improvements and best practices.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.

Support ERP-related projects including enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementations.

Collaborate with developers, integration teams, and external partners on ERP solutions and support activities.

Assist with reporting, workflow improvements, and process automation initiatives.

Support integrations involving Infor OS, ION, APIs, EDI, Factory Track, and third-party applications as needed.

Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and support procedures.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience with Infor CSI / SyteLine ERP.

Experience supporting Infor Factory Track in manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Strong functional knowledge across:

Finance

Manufacturing / Operations

Sales Order Management

Purchasing and Supply Chain

Inventory and Warehouse Management

Experience troubleshooting complex ERP transaction and process issues.

Ability to gather requirements and write clear functional and technical specifications.

Strong understanding of SyteLine forms, workflows, configurations, and data structures.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working directly with cross-functional business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI v10 multi-tenant cloud environment preferred).

Knowledge of Infor OS, ION, API integrations, and reporting tools.

Previous ERP implementation or consulting experience.

Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field preferred. Equivalent ERP experience will also be considered.
