M|R Walls is a leading innovative architectural wall solution featured in top healthcare, hospitality, and commercial projects across North America. We design and fabricate seamless, custom-carved wall systems that live at the intersection of architecture, advanced manufacturing, and bespoke design.

We're building an AI-native company and already use AI across project management, administration, operations, product knowledge, and internal workflows.

We're looking for an AI Systems Engineer to help us build, improve, and maintain AI systems that make our business more efficient. You'll work directly with leadership to develop AI agents, automate workflows, connect systems, and identify new opportunities to use AI throughout the company.

What You'll Do:
  • Build and maintain AI agents and automations
  • Design and improve AI workflows using OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, Codex, and other emerging AI technologies
  • Connect AI systems with internal databases and third-party platforms
  • Automate business processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Build knowledge systems that help AI agents access and use company information
  • Improve the reliability and performance of existing AI systems
  • Explore new AI tools and recommend practical applications for the business
  • Assist with AI-powered creative workflows using Midjourney, FAL, and other AI design tools

Requirements

  • Experience in software engineering, automation, AI development, or a related field
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience working with APIs, databases, and system integrations
  • Experience building AI agents, automations, or AI-powered applications
  • Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, OpenAI APIs, MCP servers, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, Vercel, or similar tools
  • Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
