Skills, Data, and Talent Enablement

  • Research, analyze, and consult on skills and learning data to inform enterprise career pathways and talent recommendations using Oracle HCM and related tools.
  • Apply systems thinking to connect skills data, learning experiences, and talent outcomes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with Talent Development and HR leadership to evolve Verisk’s approach to skills-based development using internal insights and external best practices.

Enterprise Change Management

  • Lead change management for AI-related learning initiatives, enabling leaders, HR, and employees to adopt new tools, mindsets, and behaviors.
  • Lead change management efforts related to the ongoing evolution of Verisk’s skills taxonomy, including enablement, communications, and adoption strategies.
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and consistent application of skills and learner experience initiatives across the organization.

HR and Business Enablement

  • Develop practical tools, playbooks, and guidance that enable Talent Advisors and HR Business Partners to support skill growth, career development, and talent actions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR partners and business leaders on learner experience, skills-based development, and AI-enabled learning.
  • Prepare executive- and stakeholder-ready materials that communicate insights, recommendations, and progress.

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or workforce development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking capability, with experience translating data and insights into action.
  • Experience working with skills frameworks, skills data, and workforce analytics strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and enable HR and business partners through change.
