Systems Support Analyst (16-20439)

8 months contract with possibility to extend

Job Description:

  • This person must have robust server Operating System, and Software Delivery Lifecycle experience, be highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision in a very fast pace environment. 
  • The selected applicant will be a member of the Retirement Technology Environment Management Team with 

Responsibilities Including: 

Assist with implementation of Operating System and Application Performance Monitoring on 400 windows and Unix servers. 

Work with Technology Services resource to complete Environment management tasks. 

Communicate project status to all levels of Retirement Technology management. 

Track project issues and ensure timely resolution.

Minimum Qualifications: 

5+ years proven experience supporting Windows and Unix server operating systems and middleware. 

Experience with Distributed Monitoring Tools.

Project experience within fast-paced technology infrastructure projects. 

Solid communication skills; this includes the ability to effectively communicate with both functional and technical teams. 

Self-motivated; and experience working in a matrix environment. 

Meticulous attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and successful self-management. 

Experience with Problem and Change management

Very Helpful: 

Experience with AppDynamics APM tool.

Prior Exposure to Remedy / Pac2k
