Job description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee lighting, rigging, and systems integration projects from kickoff through closeout. This role manages schedules, budgets, client communication, and coordination with internal teams and subcontractors. Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, technical understanding of entertainment or architectural lighting systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of systems projects, including procurement, installation, commissioning, and closeout
  • Maintain communication with customers, internal teams, and manufacturers
  • Review project documents, drawings, schedules, and scopes of work
  • Oversee submittals, field measurements, and change orders
  • Coordinate field service, subcontractors, and installation timelines
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and post-project performance
Qualifications
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents
  • Familiarity with lighting and rigging system installation
