Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCESGeneral & Operations Manager (Project Manager)to join our team supporting the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES) that are part of commercial and militarized vehicles, small and large crafts, transit cases, mobile communications, fixed base stations, command centers, and intelligence systems. The TARCES contract is managed by Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF).

As aTARCES General & Operations Manager (Project Manager)your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Provide lead, management, and administrative support for the TARCES contracted effort.

  • Assist Government program authorities with technical, programmatic, and project-related issues.

  • Plan, direct, andmonitorcontractor personnel activities across technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative functions.

  • Track, report, and communicate program/project progress to stakeholders.

  • Support acquisition, allocation, and management of program resources, ensuring alignment with task order (TO) requirements and financial controls.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Hiring at multiple levels:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with 3+ years of related experience

  • OrAssociatedegree in business or a related field with 7+ years of related experience

  • Or High School diploma with 9+ years of related experience

  • Active Secret/clearance isrequired

Schedule:M-F; 8-5

Work Location:Onsite, PAX River, Maryland

Salary Range:$100,000-$165,000(Hiring at multiple levels)
