We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking a Service Delivery Manager / IT Project Manager. This role supports a Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • May provide expertise in a particular business and/or domain area such as logistics, financial management, change management, talent management; or in a specific technology area.
  • Performs role of project manager for projects and service requests through CSM portals
  • Assists in defining business & technical requirements with customer
  • Develops and recommend solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure
  • Facilitates internal and external coordination and communication among a variety of functional areas to ensure project progression
  • Provides feedback and recommendations for process improvements within the product teams
  • Monitors & updates Plan of Actions & Milestones (POA&M) for assigned projects
  • Updates environment changes through formal change requests at environment and program level.
  • Hosts regular status meetings with customers to report project performance and address outstanding actions
  • Completes audits for all on-premise and AWS GovCloud hosted systems to ensure accurate record keeping and reconciles any discrepancies in records
Contributes by providing training and guidance on all Cloud & On-Prem projects, provides management of all employee performance, customer service and product quality, acts as the primary PM/Cost POC for internal DNA customers, develops and implements process improvements, and works with both internal and external customers on problem resolution. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules in the execution of projects. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to Cloud & On-Prem Data Hosting projects. Tracks project status and schedules. Provides risk analysis and mitigation on all technical, cost, or schedule related impacts.
Basic Requirements: Bachelors Degree 3+ years of experience. Allowable substitutions: Associates Degree with 5+ years of experience OR HS Diploma with 7+ years of experience
Security Clearance: Secret or above (must be a US Citizen)
Telework and Travel: Hybrid. <5% Travel
Contract: This position is supporting an active, funded contract.
