Job description

Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Network/Systems Engineering Manager to perform as a consultant for leading edge information technologies and methodologies to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.
Our dynamic team provides full spectrum network connectivity including architecture, engineering, development, integration, deployment, configuration management, project management and network security services to the global enterprise, as well as systems and cloud engineering services for application modernization and transition of legacy applications into hybrid cloud platforms.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 14 years of Systems Engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or related discipline is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a BS degree, totaling 19 years of SE related experience.
  • Active/current TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
  • Active DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher is required (i.e. Security+).
  • Able to provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, and integration of components of complex systems.
  • Experience with network hardware (i.e. CISCO).
  • Demonstrated experience providing highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.
  • Experience managing technical teams

Salary Range Estimate:
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Peraton provides a variety of benefits to employees.

Target Salary Range
$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
