Position Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Administer the M365 ecosystem, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint.

  • Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy management.

  • Perform Azure administration and cloud infrastructure management.

  • Proficiency with Linux systems and Kubernetes orchestration.

  • Provide virtualization expertise using Nutanix or VMware.

  • Manage storage technologies such as SAN or NAS.

  • Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.

  • Manage core network services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and FTP.

  • Functional knowledge of IP Subnetting and network architecture.

  • Handle the deployment and management of SSL/TLS certificates.

  • Support Citrix technologies, including NetScaler and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.

  • Operate Commvault or similar enterprise backup and recovery solutions.

  • Manage Mimecast or similar email security platforms.

  • Utilize automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.

  • Exhibit a highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

Experience / Education

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline is required, although a minimum of four years of equivalent technical work experience will also be accepted.

  • Prior experience with server performance tuning, data traffic analysis, and various system monitoring tools is preferred.

  • Candidates with experience working within an ITSM environment are preferred.

  • The ability to present complex technical ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language is highly preferred.

Job Requirements

  • Participation in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support coverage.

  • Regular, on-site attendance at the Tulsa office location.

  • Availability for after-hours work as required by project or maintenance needs.
