Systems Engineer
Overview:
Business System Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer (non-supervisory) to work for a Federal client in Washington, D.C. Services may be performed remotely or on-site, as determined by the government/client. Occasional in-person meetings or site visits may be required with reasonable notice. The Systems Engineer is responsible for offering expert IT advisory services focused on infrastructure design, system optimization, and strategic technology guidance. This role integrates advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure with consultative skills to guide technology strategy and implementation across the client space.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and project managers to gather and validate technical information.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language for non-technical audiences.
  • Organize and present information logically to enhance clarity, comprehension, and usability.
