• Overseeing virtualization, Windows server systems, storage, networking, backup and recovery, disaster-recovery operations, and vulnerability management.
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintaining high system availability, audit-ready documentation, and resilient DR capabilities.
• Leading cloud service governance for IaaS, DRaaS, and SaaS platforms.
• Driving patching, hardening, monitoring, and risk remediation across the infrastructure.
