BAE Systems is looking Systems Engineering Leads to work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test next generation EW systems. Focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions, individual technical contributions on a related range of Programs will include system development, requirements development, integration & test, and test planning and execution in a field deployment environment. Responsibilities may include: * Leading a medium or large team of Systems Engineers on EW related programs * Managing all system engineering content and work products * Understanding and implementing the product development process * Schedule and cost account responsibilities for systems team * Execution of systems planning and requirements development * Creation and review of systems requirements to include, software, component, subsystem, and operational concepts * Allocation of requirements to engineering disciplines * Creating system test plans, procedures and reports * Leading product design, development, integration, and verification * Will have outside contact with customers, other contractors and government officials. * Manage and participate in trade studies, peer reviews, and customer meetings * Preparing and delivering technical presentations internally and with customers. * Monitor and report metrics such as System Technical Performance Measures * Supports proposal development activities, including proposal text development, cost and schedule estimating, and presentation activities. This position will require you to be onsite in either Nashua NH or Manchester NH. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
