The Seatbelt Product Development Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end development and execution of global seatbelt product initiatives and the team members assigned to execute. This role ensures alignment of product strategy, engineering execution, and customer requirements across regions, driving innovation, quality, cost competitiveness, and timely product launches. - Lead and manage Global Developments and engineers working on them. - End-to end technical development of seatbelt systems - Own design decisions, system integration, and technical direction of projects being lead out of AAM - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customer, and internal requirements - Drive validation, testing, and readiness for production launch - Coordinate cross functional teams to deliver on cost, quality, and timing targets..

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and manage Global Developments and engineers working on them.

  • End-to‑end technical development of seatbelt systems

  • Own design decisions, system integration, and technical direction of projects being lead out of AAM

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customer, and internal requirements

  • Drive validation, testing, and readiness for production launch

What is required:

  • Bachelors in Engineering required

  • Master degree preferred

5+ years in Seatbelt design and development
