As we expand our customer base and long-term partnerships, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the industry, has strong relationships, and knows how to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, and driving customer retention. This role requires hands-on experience in the trucking or logistics industry, a strong professional network, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.

You will work closely with Operations and Leadership to ensure commercial growth aligns with operational capacity and service quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers within the trucking and logistics industry

  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and industry events
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
