Revere is looking for a dynamic **Assistant Controller **to join the finance team. Well rounded, driven and desire to accelerate your career are key attributes to succeeding in the role. The position goes beyond the standard G/L accounting and will support the organization in analytics, project work and helping the organization to lead changes in its "continuous improvement" environment. The position reports to the Corporate Controller and will be primarily in-office at one of Revere's locations,

Accererating your Career - Primary Responsibilities:

Accounting

  • Assist with month-end journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Track fixed assets and managing capital project spend.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.+
  • Support cost analysis, standard costing, and variance reporting.
  • Oversee inventory accounting, cycle counts, and adjustments.

Analytics

  • Support team with regular analytics, reporting and commentary.
  • Recommend solutions and areas of improvement as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze leases, contracts and policies for compliance and reporting.
  • Prepare management presentations and reporting materials to support decision-making and enterprise goals.

Project Work

  • Assist and/or lead projects to streamline department and processes (AI, automation, etc.)
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process, regular forecasting and strategic financial planning.
  • Support interim and annual audits with accurate and timely documentation.
  • Ad-hoc projects to support leadership and drive performance and improvement initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of G/L, costing, ERP's (IQMS), reporting, analytics, and project work.
  • Organized mindset to ensure a streamlined and efficient working environment.
