  • Conduct end-to-end testing of optical transmission systems, including:
    • Signal-integrity validation.
    • Network resilience, protection switching and failure recovery.
    • Layer 1 performance, including BER, Q-factor and latency.
    • Layer 0 performance, including optical power, spectrum and OSNR.
  • Develop and maintain Python-based test automation.
  • Implement CI/CD regression pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab.
  • Run daily sanity tests and software/hardware regression testing.
  • Develop test cases for new features and customer-reported issues.
  • Produce test-summary and project-status reports for each release.
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, systems and product teams throughout development.

About You...
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Five or more years of experience in communications-system verification and testing.
  • Experience automating northbound interface testing using NETCONF/YANG, CLI or SNMP.
