Description
TeleSolv is seeking a disciplined and experienced Work Center Supervisor to support Government operations in Port Hueneme, CA California. In this role, the selected candidate will oversee a large-scale maintenance data environment supporting approximately 2,400 pieces of Civil Engineer Support Equipment (CESE) and associated assets. The Work Center Supervisor will be responsible for managing maintenance data systems, supervising maintenance personnel, and ensuring the accuracy and readiness of mission-critical equipment records. This position requires an individual capable of working independently while maintaining strict adherence to policies, procedures, and reporting standards in a dynamic operational setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, manage, and maintain Maintenance Data Systems (MDS), Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS), and Inactive Equipment Maintenance (IEM) programs in accordance with applicable directives
  • Oversee contractor maintenance personnel, ensuring accountability, performance quality, and compliance
  • Produce and submit weekly equipment maintenance reports and status updates to leadership
  • Identify root causes of maintenance program issues and implement corrective actions and best practices
  • Maintain liaison with subject matter experts and participate in maintenance meetings to resolve operational issues
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all 3-M program records and correct discrepancies within required timelines
  • Manage NTCSS and SKED systems, ensuring all maintenance records are accurate and current
  • Support maintenance of technical manuals and ensure compliance with governing instructions
  • Provide quality assurance on documentation and deliverables produced by maintenance personnel
  • Track and ensure timely maintenance execution across all assigned CESE assets

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
  • Experience supporting Government or military maintenance operations
  • Familiarity with supply operations and Information Systems Office (ISO) functions
  • Experience working within large-scale asset management or maintenance tracking environments
  • Strong understanding of maintenance data systems, including PMS, MDS, and IEM programs
  • Proficiency with Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS), including R-Supply and OMMS-NG functions
  • Knowledge of maintenance program directives, procedures, and documentation
  • Ability to analyze system issues and implement effective solutions
  • Proficiency in technical documentation, manuals, and engineering drawings
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and electronic communication tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
