Job description

Weโ€™re looking for someone who can own end-to-end projects, manage multiple accounts, and keep everything (and everyone) aligned.

Youโ€™ll be working closely with creative, content, paid, and social teams โ€” making sure ideas turn into execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Account Management
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously (3โ€“6+ projects depending on scope)
  • Own project timelines, deliverables, and overall execution
  • Ensure all tasks move forward across teams (creative, content, paid media, social media)
  • Track progress and proactively solve bottlenecks
Client Relationship Management
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Translate client needs into clear internal briefs
Cross-functional Coordination
  • Coordinate between teams including:
    • Design
    • Video / Production
    • Social Media
    • Paid Media
    • Influencer Marketing
  • Ensure all teams are aligned on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Workflow & Operations
  • Manage project workflows using tools like Asana, Slack, Google Drive, etc.
  • Create and maintain organized systems for each account
  • Ensure consistency in processes and SOPs
  • Support capacity planning and resource allocation
Quality Control & Delivery
  • Review deliverables before client submission
  • Ensure work aligns with brand guidelines and strategy
  • Maintain high standards across all outputs
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in a marketing/creative agency
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams (design, video, social, paid, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
