JOB TITLE: Project Manager (IT Background)

EMPLOYER: HEALTHCARE LEGAL SOLUTIONS LLC

DEPARTMENT: IT/Automation

REPORTS TO: Operations Director

EFFECTIVE DATE: 2/4/2025

COMPENSATION: $80,000+ Annual Salary Commensurate with Experience

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals; collaborating with stakeholders across departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards; effectively managing technical projects; communicating with IT teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plans, executes, and delivers projects according to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Works with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinates and leads cross-functional teams, ensures effective collaboration and communication.
  • Monitors project performance, addresses challenges, and adapts plans as necessary.
  • Facilitates communication between technical and non-technical team members.
  • Conducts regular project reviews and provides updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensures proper documentation of project processes, lessons learned, and best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certificates, licenses and registrations required:
  1. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is advantageous.
  • Computer skills required:
    1. Database Software (PowerBI, Access, SQL.);
    2. Development Software;
    3. Spreadsheet Software (Excel);
    4. Inventory Software;
    5. Order Processing Systems;
    6. Project Management Software;
    7. Word Processing Software (Word);

  • Other skills required:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
