Position Summary:


Within the IT PMO, manage enterprise HR initiatives to ensure they are completed on time, in scope and within budget. This role partners IT, HR and stakeholders across the business to implement initiatives within a large, complex organization. It is a multi-disciplinary position that requires project management, human resources experience, analysis and strong technical knowledge using HRIS systems and the application of strong PM methodology.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


Develops, refines, validates and manages project plans to ensure on time and on budget delivery of major technology initiatives across the enterprise.


Responsible for utilizing project management methods, standards, project integration as well as the coordination of all internal and external resources required to complete assigned projects.


Provides timely and concise communications to functional leadership regarding project status and pending issues; analyzes processes and makes recommendations for optimizing resources and product delivery.


Builds consensus among multiple process leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing and issue resolution.


Provides overall financial direction for the projects to manage the development of budgets, controls and measurements to monitor project progress.


Identifies potential risks within the project; proactively manages issues.


Participates in identifying project costs, resource allocation, project schedule changes and issue escalation.


Excellent interpersonal skills with strong relationship building skills


Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.


Strong group presentation, analytical, problem solving and mathematical skills.


Excellent organizational and leadership skills.


Experience in computer software; includes application development lifecycle, MS Office Suite, Outlook


Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical functions


Drive and support change management and communication efforts, may include development of communication materials.


Able to develop business process change through development and execution of Change Management.
