U.S. Water Services Corporation/BCI is a well-established and diverse water and wastewater utility organization specializing in utility maintenance, operations, engineering and construction services. U.S. Water is a fast paced and rapidly expanding company headquartered in New Port Richey, Florida with a staff of over 700 employees in twenty states. BCI Technologies is currently seeking a Systems Project Manager. The Systems Project Manager is responsible for seeing projects through from start of design to closeout documents. A Systems Project Manager will need to handle multiple projects at the same time. The tasks they will oversee and be responsible for are:Attend project meetings and able to answer questions about the projectReview Plans & Specification for the project and understand the scope of work and all instrumentation and control requiredProviding information and guidance for the hardware design of the systemProviding information and guidance for the software design of the systemReview, approve, and submit submittal packages produced by the hardware and software teamsCreate purchase request for the materials for the projectSchedule personnel resources for the projectReview the instrumentation and control panel builds as they are occurringOversee Installation and commissioning of the projectOversee the creation of the O&M ManualsProviding all close out documentsSkill Set:Familiar with Water and Wastewater processesProject Management experienceRead and Understand project Specifications and DrawingsRead Control System Electrical SchematicsFamiliar with AutoCAD Electrical softwareUnderstand PLC codingKnow how to use PLC development software (Allen-Bradley, Modicon, etc.)Know how to use Microsoft Office (prefer Microsoft A+ certified)History of Control System Panel BuildingUnderstand building and modifying PDF filesNote: the skill sets are the ideal set skills for a project manager.
