V Monitoring & Automation Engineer
Role Summary:
Implements monitoring, analytics, and proactive support capabilities for AV operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deploy and manage remote monitoring solutions
Enable proactive alerting and incident detection
Support automation and self-healing initiatives
Integrate AV monitoring with ITSM tools and dashboards
Provide SLA performance insights and reporting
Key Skills:
Monitoring tools and analytics platforms (Splunk etc)
ITSM integration (e.g., ServiceNow)
Automation concepts (scripts, workflows)
Data analysis and reporting
Certifications (Preferred):
ITIL Foundation
Relevant monitoring/tool certifications
Education:
Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science / Engineering
