Kidwell is looking for an operations leader who can help take our growing Integrated Systems Division to the next level. This role is more than keeping the operation moving. It is about bringing people, processes, and resources together to improve performance, solve challenges, and create an operation that is built to scale. Working closely with the Executive Director of Integrated Systems, the Operations Manager will help turn strategic priorities into strong execution while delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.
This role oversees project delivery, service operations, workforce planning, process improvement, and departmental performance. The Operations Manager works across Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Service, and Field Operations to ensure the division operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with Kidwell's values and customer commitments.

Primary Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
  • Assist in developing and executing departmental goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure projects and service activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement improvements that support scalability and growth.
  • Prepare and communicate operational performance metrics and department status reports.
