Pay Range: $55.16 - $80.05 per hour

Summary:
This role oversees a team responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing an organization's Workday system with a strong focus on business process workflows, system administration, and reporting. This role balances functional business needs with technical system capabilities and ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Required Job Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree is IT or a related field
•5 years’ of HRIS Administration or HR Technology experience.
•Workday Pro certification in two or more HCM workstreams.
•Advanced user of Microsoft applications.
•Experience with a project team responsible for roll out or migration of data at enterprise level.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
•3 years of Management experience preferred.
•Experience managing a team of HRIS analysts, preferably within a Workday environment.
•Prior Workday Business Analyst experience, ideally with the HCM domain.
•Experience administering Workday security, including role-based user-based, and domain security levels and policies, along with business process and integration system security.
Additional Job Information:
Hours outside normal business hours may be occasionally required to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
•Manages, coaches, and mentors a team of Workday analysts and administrators in the HCM domain; drives the team’s roadmap, and ensures alignment of system capabilities with the organization’s strategic goals.
•Oversees the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday business processes across the HCM domain, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
•Oversees the design, building, and maintenance of workflows across Workday HCM workstreams to match company policies, using Workday framework, and without custom code.
•In partnership with D&IS, ensures the system adheres to audit requirements by implementing security controls, monitoring for segregation of duties violations, and supporting internal/external audits with documentation.
•Analyzes user access patterns and existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and overall system optimization.
•Oversees the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and security designs, and facilitate training for security partners and super-users.
•Serves as a liaison between HRIS and the D&IS functions that collaboratively support Workday.
•Provides support for Workday HCM functions, implementations, upgrades, testing, and post-launch optimization and maintenance.
•In collaboration with D&IS, cultivates a deep understanding of the organization-wide stack software and integration between and impacts of one upon the others.
