Job Title: Systems Manager
Role Overview: As a System Manager, you will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for optimizing systems and enhancing operational efficiency, be detail-oriented and organized. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless implementation, maintenance, and compliance of various systems, including point of sale (POS), gift card and loyalty programs, scheduling and onboarding software, restaurant apps, and internet services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a consistent approach to system management, making sure that all platforms are utilized effectively across our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
System Implementation and Maintenance:
o Oversee the installation and configuration of POS systems, scheduling software, and other operational tools.
o Conduct regular audits to ensure systems are functioning correctly and are up to date with the latest features and security updates.
o Develop and maintain user manuals and training materials for staff.
Training and Support:
o Provide ongoing training sessions to staff on the use of various systems, ensuring they are confident and proficient.
o Act as the primary point of contact for any technical issues or inquiries related to systems, offering prompt and effective solutions.
Compliance and Consistency:
o Monitor system usage across all locations to ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
o Develop standardized procedures to promote consistency in system usage, fostering a cohesive operational environment.
Vendor Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and service agreements.
o Evaluate vendor performance and ensure they meet the company's operational needs and standards.
Communication and Reporting:
o Regularly communicate system updates, changes, and best practices to restaurant management and staff.
o Generate reports on system performance and usage, presenting insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency.
