This is a remote position with 50% travel. 

Travel is currently in the Texas, Tennessee and Georgia markets, primarily. 

This pivotal leadership role drives strategic direction and comprehensive operational oversight for our Virtual Integrated Care (VIC) programs, ensuring the delivery of highly specialized, compassionate, life-saving care. The System Manager will be the central figure accountable for operational and performance excellence across CommonSpirit Health's VIC initiatives.

This role will strategically optimize patient flow, clinical efficiency, and financial performance by expertly managing multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include:
