About the Role
Medworks is seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to lead and optimize the technology platforms that support our multi-state organization. This role owns our core business systems, including Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft 365, and serves as a strategic partner, ensuring these tools are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
You will oversee system governance, process optimization, integrations, and data accuracy while managing day-to-day administration of business systems and coordinating IT support efforts.
What You'll Do
Business Systems Leadership
  • Own the strategy, administration, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and related business applications
  • Identify and implement system improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and usability
  • Establish system governance, documentation standards, workflows, and best practices
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, integrations, and technologies to support growth

Salesforce Administration
  • Serve as Medworks' primary Salesforce Administrator and subject matter expert
  • Configure automations, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and custom objects
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, and overall data integrity
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to improve CRM usability, reporting, and process alignment
  • Oversee and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce, Power BI, and operational platforms

Power BI Reporting & Data Insights
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Leadership, Sales, and Operations
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable reporting and insights
  • Ensure data quality through effective modeling and transformation
  • Support cross-functional decision-making with proactive analysis

Technology Coordination & IT Oversight
  • Oversee Tier 1-2 IT support processes (internally or through vendor partners)
  • Manage third-party IT vendors and service-level expectations
  • Oversee device lifecycle management, including setup, deployment, and maintenance
  • Support onboarding and offboarding related to system access and devices
  • Promote consistent IT security practices, backups, and system hygiene

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in business systems management, IT systems administration, or a similar role
  • Strong Salesforce Administration experience (Salesforce Admin certification preferred)
  • Hands-on Power BI experience, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra, and device management tools
  • Demonstrated success improving workflows through technology and automation

Skills & Attributes
  • Strong communicator able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Analytical problem-solver who translates business needs into system solutions
  • Highly organized with strong documentation and governance discipline
  • Able to balance project-based work with operational support
  • Comfortable working independently and making technical recommendations
  • Experience supporting multi-state, field-based teams is a plus
