Job description

Job Summary:ย Plan, direct, and coordinate quality assurance administration programs of the company's Quality Management System (QMS), acting as the Management Representative as defined in ISO Standards. With the assistance of the Corporate Quality Team (CQT), manages the company's QMS program ensuring its effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities Include:ย 

  • Ensure that the company Quality Management System (QMS) is established, implemented, and maintained according to all ISO standards.
  • Monitor performance of QMS to ensure effectiveness and efficiency with audits performed by employees trained as qualified QMS audit team.
  • Monitor all inspection and testing criteria or procedures according to QMS standards.
  • Communicate on the performance of the QMS to top management for review and as a basis for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor customer feedback, develop metrics, and report results to management.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and audit the QMS.
  • Be responsible to control all applicable processes until any non-conformity are corrected.
  • Chair the Corporate Quality Team (CQT).
  • Conduct Management Reviews and CQT Meetings and maintain the minutes of those meetings.
  • Maintain applicable QMS records and controlled QMS documentation.
  • Awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures as defined in the SEACORP handbook, Code of

  • Perform other duties or tasks assigned as specified in the QMS procedures.
