THAAD System Integrator โ€“ US Army Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (TLLM), Ft. Sill, OK.

Security Clearence: DoD SECRET clearance required

Job Description & Position Responsibilities:

Penta Research Inc. is searching for a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) weapon system subject matter expert to support the Armyโ€™s Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (TLLM), with duty in Ft. Sill Oklahoma. In this position the candidate will serve as the THAAD System Integrator that helps represent Warfighter interests during all phases of the weapon system life-cycle including other responsibilities listed below:

  • Support the Army Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager in the execution of their duties
  • Support programmatic reviews
  • Review test plans for operational relevance
  • Review system sustainment plans
  • Keep leadership informed of emerging THAAD operational needs and requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Formally trained on the THAAD system and awarded an Additional Skill Identifier
  • >10 years of Army Air Defense Artillery experience with THAAD-specific experience preferred
  • MS Office suite and relevant software used to develop informational products

Work Location

  • This position will work from the UA Army Transformation and Lessons Learned Manager (TLLM) office at Ft. Sill OK

Travel

  • Occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required
