We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master System Integration Programmer to join our team. If you possess expertise in integrating Niagara, Distech, Johnson Controls, and Honeywell systems and are passionate about driving innovation in the field of building automation, we want to hear from you. 

Duty Summary: Design, develop, and implement advanced system integration solutions for building control systems, with a focus on Niagara, Distech, Honeywell, and Johnson Controls. Including Access Control and PLC Controls as well as cameras and water/energy meters.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in integrating building control systems, with a strong focus on Niagara, Honeywell, Distech, and Johnson Controls.  **Building Automation BMS/BAS Specific programming experience is required**
  • Proficiency in programming languages and software tools relevant to control system integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in building automation and controls.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification or training in Niagara, Honeywell, Distech, or Johnson Controls systems (preferred).
  • Knowledge of industry tools, multimeters, ethernet testers, etc., and the ability to effectively utilize these tools and reading and understand control schematics.
  • Safety-minded and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
  • Strong verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex BAS issues with customers in a way they understand
  • Critical-thinker, problem-solver, ability to think outside the box
  • Current valid driver’s license for operating motor vehicles in the state of New Jersey
  • Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations
  • Must have professional appearance, strong writing abilities, computer skills, strong customer service skills

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced system integration solutions for building control systems, with a focus on Niagara, Distech, Honeywell, and Johnson ControlsIncluding Access Control and PLC Controls as well as cameras and water/energy meters.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
  • Configure, program, and customize control systems to meet project-specific needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring the seamless operation of all systems.
  • Perform system diagnostics and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Create documentation and provide training to clients and team members on integrated systems.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in building automation and control systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in Niagara, Honeywell, Distech, and Johnson Controls platforms.
  • Perform work to OSC Standards on naming and programming.
