Summary of Role:
As a Tax Experienced Manager with the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax team, you will focus on assisting with tax integration of acquisitions, divestitures, and legal entity restructurings.
Essential Responsibilities:
As a Tax Experienced Manager with the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax team, you will be responsible for a wide scope of responsibilities. You will:
- Lead all tax aspects of post-merger and post-acquisition integration within the global tax function.
- Develop and execute tax integration plans for newly acquired companies.
- Ensure minimal operational disruption by oversee the seamless consolidation of tax processes, systems, compliance, and reporting into the parent organization.
- Develop and maintain audit-ready implantation documentation.
- Manage and organize large amounts of data into a meaningful summary format.
- Act as the primary tax liaison to the Integration Management Office (IMO) and broader integration leadership, coordinating with cross-functional teams on tax compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, and indirect tax matters throughout each deal's integration lifecycle.
- Establish data requirements and reporting needs for the tax department.
- Collaborate across functional tax teams and manage relationships with external tax advisors.
- Consciously thrive to improve the global tax function through streamlining tax processes, digitization, automation, and identifying ways to increase efficiencies.
- Manage prioritization of multiple projects and communicate results to the team and leadership.
- Develop, train, and mentor junior tax professionals.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a broad understanding of tax accounting and major tax processes.
- Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Has high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Has a strong Project Management experience.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
Certification: Certified Public Accounting (CPA)
Experience:
- At least 10 years of role responsibilities relevant experience. Big Four experience is an advantage.
- Experience in tax integration for acquisitions, divestitures, and legal entity restructurings.
- Has a broad understanding of tax accounting and major tax processes.
- Strong project management experience.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form with all levels of employees throughout the Company.
- Proven success working in cross functional and geographically diverse teams and utilizing available company resources effectively.
- Strong interest in and proven track record with challenging assignments.
Expected Salary Range
$105,000.00 - $189,000.00
