We are looking for a SAP Cloud Integration Consultant with strong knowledge and experience in the SAP PI / PO (Process Integration) module and SAP Integration Suite for the worldwide Giesecke+Devrient Group. The position provides the opportunity to work within the Regional Center Americas with an international team of SAP process and application experts. The role is an essential part of our initiative to enlarge our SAP team and further enhance and strengthen our partnership with our users. By doing that, we want to ensure that business will find a strong partner on our side, being trusted in supporting the daily business, following their growth and bringing the outside in, by offering them new perspectives and solutions. Besides handling the service deliver in SAP Process Integration area, the position also requires participating in SAP projects and SAP rollouts on a global scale. Due to our fast-changing business environment, shifts in priorities and ad hoc requests, flexibility is key to success.

ย Responsibilities
  • Design and implementation of on-premise and cloud integration platforms using SAP CPI and SAP PO 7.5
  • Design and development of data exchange solutions between systems (internal and external) in SAP and non-SAP environments
  • Manage implementation projects for system integration in an international environment
  • Create and maintain technical specifications for functional/business requirements for all integration/development work
  • Proactive review of processes and procedures to continually ensure and enhance service quality, service delivery.
  • Monitoring/ error analysis and error resolution within 2nd/3rd level support according to ITIL standards
  • Optimization of interfaces and programs
  • Develop test scenarios and manage the execution of the tests together with the business until successful completion
  • Design and impement Best Practice Integration Suite solutions appropriate to customer requirements and security standards
  • Support projects and service delivery with special focus on supporting the Americas
ย Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in integration of complex Cloud Services (for example Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong experience with SAP cloud integration platform's like SAP CPI, SAP API Management, SAP Trading Partner Management (TPM), Integration Content Advisor.
  • EDI experience with various EDI documents (i.e., PO, Invoice) integrating with SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Experience in configuring and developing interfaces in SAP PO 7.5
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Groovy, Java, ABAP
  • Mapping technologies like XSLT, graphical mapping.
  • Experience with authentication methods like certificates, OAuth 2

Skills and Competencies:

  • Independent, result-oriented and proactive working style
  • Autonomous "self-starter" mentality, but team player
  • Strong communication skills (within Group services and with the user community)
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a prerequisite
  • Readiness for international travel (< 20%)
