Job description

Position Title: Data Conversion & Implementation Specialist Infovisa, Inc. Charlotte, NC

FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Summary

Infovisa, an industry leader in trust and financial accounting software and services, is seeking a Data Conversion & Implementation Specialist to join our Product Services team. This position is responsible for converting client data from legacy trust accounting systems into Infovisa's proprietary software, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to understand complex data structures, troubleshoot data issues, and work directly with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Essential Functions
  • Convert client data from legacy trust accounting systems into Infovisa's proprietary applications using standard and customized conversion tools.
  • Analyze, map, validate, and reconcile client data throughout the conversion process.
  • Research and resolve data conversion issues to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform quality assurance and regression testing for new software releases.
  • Develop proficiency in Infovisa's products, services, and business processes.
  • Explain system functionality, data requirements, and implementation processes to clients and internal team members.
  • Participate in implementation planning and client onboarding activities.
  • Prepare user documentation and internal implementation documentation.
  • Facilitate weekly calls with new clients to discuss data, coordination with third party vendors and status updates.
  • Perform validation testing of converted data prior to production implementation.
  • Collaborate with Product Support and Development, to resolve implementation-related issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three or more years of professional experience.
  • Experience in Trust Operations, Wealth Management, or investment operations preferred.
  • Experience working with SQL Server and writing/interpreting SQL queries.
  • Experience mapping, transforming, validating, and importing data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Working Environment

Some travel required.

Indoor work – not exposed to outdoor elements or hazards.

Some sedentary work and occasional lifting and/or carrying up to ten pounds.
