Job Description Senior System Implementation Consultant - AI & Digital Transformation Location: Charlotte, NC - Ballantyne preferred; CIC secondary Position Overview Our client is seeking a Senior System Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment and adoption of AI, Agentic AI, automation, and digital transformation solutions. This role will manage implementations from planning through production, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to drive successful adoption and measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of AI, Agentic AI, automation, and enterprise technology solutions.

Manage project plans, deployment roadmaps, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting. Drive rollout, onboarding, training, change management, and operational readiness. Conduct process discovery and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow optimization.

Establish Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows, quality controls, and governance. Support UAT, release readiness, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization. Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, productivity gains, and business value realization.

Required Qualifications 7+ years of technology implementation, program/project management, product deployment, consulting, or transformation experience. Strong Product Management and/or Program Management experience. Experience deploying enterprise-scale AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions.

Strong experience with KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting. Proven stakeholder management, change management, and implementation leadership skills. Preferred Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or intelligent automation.

Experience with process/task mining, digital adoption platforms, Epiplex or Zenerate. Banking or financial services experience. PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
