Job description

  • Analyze existing systems, business processes, and operational workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
  • Understand the structure, policies, and procedures of AMAX to recommend scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in user requirement sessions to identify process improvement opportunities and technical solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, including future-state ("to-be") process flows.
  • Collaborate with onsite and overseas development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Design solutions that maximize usability while minimizing unnecessary complexity and customization.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Provide ongoing system support by troubleshooting user issues, coordinating with technical teams, and communicating resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Train and support end users on new or updated systems and business processes.
  • Manage projects related to system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Support internal business systems, reporting, dashboards, and automation initiatives.
  • Evaluate and improve workflows related to sales, purchasing, production, project management, and operations.
  • Drive standardization and scalability across business processes and systems.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to support digital transformation and automation initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise business systems such as ERP, MES, CRM, and PLM platforms.
  • Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and system implementation practices.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing user feedback, business requirements, and operational data.
  • Experience documenting user stories, workflows, and process flow diagrams.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, performance, security, and usability testing.
  • Experience in manufacturing or operations environments is preferred.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Any software programming experience is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education.
