Be part of the exciting ย  transition of a new ERP System.ย  .ย  Initially this role will be dedicated to ย a significant ERP implementation roleย  This will be a "hands-on" individual contributorย role responsible for successful design and embedding of the ย  RTR and Finance business processes, and the implementation of the processes ย  in ERP.ย 

ย 

ย  Responsible ย  for the Record ย  to Report Global Process definition including leading and facilitating ย  Process Review forums and managing Process Flow updates.

ย  Ensure ย  the configuration of the Global Record to Report modules such as General ย  Ledger and Fixed Assets are effective and efficient.

ย  Lead ย  the RTR and Finance ERP implementation project and act as the key Business ย  Process liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, ย  and validate requirements for changes to business processes and policies

ย  Define ย  ERP Record to Report, Finance data and process outcomes.

ย  Define ย  success factors for a successful ERP implementation.

ย  Sign ย  off on ERP process design and approach.

ย  Verify ย  and suggest changes to requirement gathering, design documents, perform ย  impact analysis for application changes.

ย  Collaborate ย  with functional and technical teams on business needs, information, ย  applications, and long term plans while helping to ensure integration with ย  strategic plans

ย  Impact ย  Assessment due to process changes, both functional and organizational.

ย  Responsible ย  for embedding new processes into organization.

ย  Facilitate ย  and guide process change management into a steady state. Establish change ย  controls.

ย  Define ย  data and process testing criteria. Sign of on testing.

ย  Overall ย  change management and training.

ย  Provide ย  recommendations to address and resolve business issues for a specific ย  business group.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.ย  Minimum ย  6-10 years demonstrated progression in Record to Report Domain (GL ย  Accounting, Closing & Reporting, FP&A, etc.) preferably in a Consumer ย  Products/Manufacturing industry[
  • Hands on experience on managing complex General Ledger ย  Accounting & Reporting processes and with experience of migrating such ย  processes.ย  Supervisory experience ย  handling GL Accounting processes
  • ย  Strong working knowledge of ย  GAAP/IFRS/SOX; ability to effectively use accounting knowledge to collaborate ย  with varying levels of employees and management to drive sound business ย  decisions.
  • Experience working with ย  Finance and ย  Record to Report ERP modules. Expertise with configuration and design of ERP ย  modules
  • Experience translating business needs into process and ย  implementation requirements
  • Must be an individual contributor and results oriented. A ย  can-do attitude.
  • Strong ability to train and teach others.
