Job description

Support MULTIVAC's sales efforts by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process, from RFQ through shipment. Collaborate with Sales, Customers, Product and Application Specialists, Engineering, Sales Administration, and international colleagues to define customer applications and configure machines and retrofits. Primary focus is ensuring technically sound solutions that support closing new business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical aspects of sales projects from RFQ through order execution and shipment.
  • Clarify customer requirements and document optimal technical solutions, including exceptions.
  • Provide technical support to Sales during customer engagements and proposal development.
  • Participate in sales calls, customer demonstrations, and sample production as needed.
  • Support technical training for Sales and Sales Administration.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to identify valueadded technical features and solutions.
  • Monitor competitive activity and stay current on applications, products, and industry trends.
  • Participate in factory visits, FATs, trade shows, and sales meetings as required.
  • Serve as a technical expert on MULTIVAC products, applications, partners, and competitors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, plus two years of technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong technical background with demonstrated experience developing equipment application proposals and communicating complex technical requirements.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems; SAP experience preferred.
Current valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a passport for travel as required by position.
