Client is hiring a System Test Engineering Manager for supporting our key technology customer''s manufacturing test program for Datacenter System products. Through your leadership and HW/SW expertise, you will lead engineers in developing test methodologies and processes that have long-lasting impact. As a System Test Engineering Manager, you will work on the challenging areas of test, test automation, and delivering high-quality products to customers.
As a manager in the Datacenter Test Solutions Group, you will work closely with hardware, software, diagnostics, manufacturing, operations, and product teams to drive test readiness from early product development through high-volume production. Your leadership will help define processes and solutions that improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and long-term execution across different system programs.
  • Refine manufacturing test solutions for System products translating them to methodologies and processes applicable to datacenter products
  • Investigate and enhance new manufacturing test technology and methodology to enhance production efficiency.
  • Improve or develop new test strategies for products and test infrastructure including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.
  • Build automated diag generation and validation infrastructure.
  • Lead and advise a team of engineers to handle NPI and Sustenance product line
  • Guide teams in resolving technical problems.
What we need to see:
  • 6+ years of experience with post silicon validation experience in Board or System products.
  • 2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects
  • BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, chip to system.
  • Python programming and bash scripting experience.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Experience with Datacenter servers, AI systems, GPU-based platforms, networking, storage, or rack-scale systems.
  • Background in automated diagnostics, test content generation, or manufacturing data analytics.
  • Experience bringing complex hardware products from development into high-volume production.
  • Familiarity with Linux-based systems, firmware, BMC, networking, PCIe, NVLink, or thermal/power validation.
  • Proven ability to build teams, define processes, and drive execution across multiple product programs.
