FULLY ONSITE, FULL TIME POSITION IN BRANDON, FL.


We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Business Central IT Administrator to oversee and enhance our Business Central environment while contributing to broader technology operations. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple business functions, solving practical system challenges, and improving day-to-day processes through thoughtful technology support. The position combines ERP administration with general IT collaboration, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a growing, fast-moving organization.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including user provisioning, permission management, system upkeep, and overall platform reliability.

• Configure Business Central to support core business activities such as finance, inventory control, purchasing, sales, and warehouse operations, while coordinating more advanced enhancements with outside partners when needed.

• Monitor system performance, apply updates, and help maintain a stable and efficient ERP environment that supports operational continuity.

• Preserve data accuracy within the system and produce meaningful reports and dashboards, with Power BI used where appropriate to improve visibility into business performance.

• Support integrations, data movement efforts, and related system activities that connect Business Central with other business tools and workflows.

• Provide day-to-day technology support beyond the ERP platform, including Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, basic network support, and foundational cybersecurity tasks.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by using Business Central capabilities, automation tools, and practical technology solutions that strengthen business processes.

• Work with external vendors and implementation partners on upgrades, new modules, integrations, and other technology initiatives.

• Develop clear documentation, maintain system records, and deliver training that helps users adopt tools effectively and follow established processes.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a manufacturing, distribution, or small-to-mid-sized business environment.
• Strong knowledge of operational business workflows, including finance, inventory management, supply chain activities, and sales processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, especially Power BI and Power Automate, is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and general system administration responsibilities.
• Ability to investigate and resolve technical issues independently while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing a broad range of responsibilities in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
