OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox TV StationsFOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX 32 is seeking an Audience Development Manager to spearhead the growth and engagement strategies for digital platforms, optimizing content distribution and user experience to bolster viewership and foster a wider audience base.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Executive Producer, Streaming and Managing Editor to boost selected content and reach new audiences, expand our reach and retain fans.

Utilize analytics to monitor performance and engagement, making data-driven decisions for platform growth. Refine user experience for various digital properties, ensuring cohesive and engaging presentation of news content. Enforce SEO best practices to enhance discoverability and search rankings of stories and posts. Curate and strategize social media presence.

Cooperate with news department to determine impactful editing and posting strategies that drive unique views and total view time. Orchestrate comprehensive projects, like the NFL season, to maximize the use of market assets and attract viewership.

Work together with the Creative Team and News to determine the look and feel of Fox Chicago's digital platforms. Work with sales team to develop and implement profitable client campaigns, using creative content integrations.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Chicago market and broader domestic audience demographics.

Qualifications
